The Banks Gallery recently hosted an open studio for Carol Aronson-Shore at the Button Factory in Portsmouth. The work in the studio focused on Carols Strawbery Banke Series, which consists of 40+ paintings of the buildings on the grounds of the Museum. The Open Studio was an opportunity to see several of Carols paintings before her show at the UNH Art Gallery, which opens up November 5th and runs through December 16th. The opening reception will be from 5-7pm on November 5th at the UNH Art Gallery and is open to all.
